Israeli police arrested a well-known Puerto Rican activist on Friday after he climbed a tower near Israel's West Bank separation barrier and planted a Palestinian flag on it:
On Saturday May 5, Israeli settlers assaulted international human rights workers in the Tel Rumedia neighborhood of Hebron, Palestine. When other HRWs attempted the film the incident, settlers pushed and screamed at the HRWs to leave the area.

Israeli Settlers Destroy Palestinian Property in West Bank town of Al Khalil (Hebron). The wall and pathway leading to the Qurtoba girls school, directly across the street from the illegal Israeli settlement of Beit Hadassah, were destroyed by Israeli settlers. The teachers and students from the school are attacked everyday during the school year.
Palestinians from al Hadidiya have called on international and Israeli activists to aid in their struggle to resist the demolitions of their homes. The Tel Rumeida Circus for Detained Palestinians made their way to the village of Beit Leed, a village between Nablus and Tulkarm. There, they performed for 500 children at the sports center.
The Israeli army practices war games on the village of Beit Leed most Wednesday nights, from midnight to 6am.
