In 2002 Ben Townley had a sensational year with the Vangani Racing KTM team. Teamed up with Tyla Rattray and Tanel Leok, he formed part of the "dream team". He scored a podium finish at the very first GP of the year, and before the season was done, he would win his first motocross GP in Sweden.
