Ariel Atom 300+bhp leaving traffic lights, upto about 80ish only to 5000rpm in each gear, with a steady second gear start and even that show ridiculas acceleration...
Ariel Atom300 on twisty slippery short track, at a Subaru club dy out... very slippery so only using 6krpm and short shifting due to damp patches. notice speed difference when catching the scoobs... I used to think my old Sti was quick ;-)
Ariel Atom 300, this is what 500+bhp per tonne on the road feel like... A steady run with a couple of little squirts, gives some idea of the sensation of being catapulted down the road in an Atom300 ;-)

VERY SLIPPY track, only using 5krpm until tyres warm, and short shifting throught the wet patch. 0 grip anywhere but considerably quicker than the 350-400bhp scooby's 105mph on braking to the cones. You can hear the charger when the revs get above 5k... Very hard work with the wheel.
