PEPCON rocket fuel plant disaster.
The plant manufactured an oxidizer called Ammonium Perchlorate. Ammonium Perchlorate is not in itself a fuel but a key component. It will however explode if heated to a high temperature in a confined space.

4:00 am.My family and I woke up to a loud boom. We rush outside the balcony and saw a big fire northeast from our balcony.
There was a massive explosion in the Keele & Wilson area at a propane facility. People were evacuated from their homes.
