CHICAGO A few days before the 2000 election. I find myself standing in front of the GOP candidate for president. My mother (a fan of hate media, Rush Limbaugh, etc.) would get a kick out of Georgie-Boy on our annual family Christmas videotape. He was a nice guy to do it, but I wouldn't ask him to do it today. He isn't funny anymore.
Cameo by tv anchor woman Allison Payne. Hubba-hubba!
The last band in the Musky Fest Parade marches right into the Moccasin Bar in Hayward, WI. I think this was about 1996? It's a funky little bar with a crazy wildlife "museum" and the world record Musky. And the conductor has a cool hook hand!

Don't ask me why.
And don't ask what they did to Mr. Haney.
The guy on the phone is my friend Randy Salerno. I was lucky to have been his cameraman for many years at WGN. He was the funniest guy I've ever known and working with him was like living in a sit com. We had many great adventures together...
I'm a better person from knowing Randy and I will miss him.
