This is a stone cold Extreme Craft classic with Isabele Ortley on the Martha Stewart show. Ortley designed six fetching (yet incredibly disturbing) baby costumes for Halloween 2006.
I was blown away by Mark Lewis' PBS series "The Pursuit of Excellence". Check out this clip from the 1-hour episode about ferrets. Apparently, ferret costumes are all the rage...they're certainly extreme craft. Keep your eyes open for the hula bikini!

My friend Paula shot this video of the amazing 2006 DragonCon parade in Atlanta. More than 950 people marched in the parade, including this contingent of Star Wars fans. Take special note of the cardboard Stormtroopers, who win the Extreme Craft prize.
Check out Purl Drums, the brainchild of Bay Area musician and artist Corey Fogel. Fogel combines knitting and drumming--two of his favorite activities. At Maker Faire, you could buy little swatches of his knitting along with CDs of the audio (presumably) of their creation.
